    I took my Subaru Forrester in for an oil change and instructed Nick,their mechanic, to give my Forrester a thorough inspection.
    I was aware of what seemed to be a transmission oil leak because of a burnt oil odor I was getting after driving my vehicle. Nick discovered a torn passenger side CV axel boot that was dripping oil on the catalytic converter, which accounted for the burnt oil odor.
    Nick also discovered that the transmission mounts were broken.
    Nick did all the necessary repairs, replaced both top and bottom radiator hoses, completed the oil change and lube job, in addition to a complete inspection(at no charge), and completed the job in just one day.
    I was very satisfied with Nick's workmanship and professionalism.
    Incidentally, I discovered that Nick was very familiar with Subarus. He had lived for a time in Big Bear where he gained a lot of experience servicing and repairing Subarus
