I really wasn't all that thrilled with the service I got. There were some problems that I experienced with the repair work. I am very familiar with vehicles and have a very high level of knowledge of vehicles. As I explained when I was there, the only reason I even took it to them is that they had a repair special in the paper where they were going to do all of these things along with an oil change. Some of the things that they advertised they were going to do, they didn't do. Some things that they brought to my attention as necessary work were some of the most simple, basic, common-sense things. They were supposed to do a tire rotation, which they did not do. They checked the air filter, but when I looked at the air filter it wasn't all that bad and the clamps weren't shut on the air filter box. I was truly not impressed with them. The only reason I asked them to do all of it was because I know that if I do it myself, it's a hassle to deal with the used oil for an oil change, and I thought it would be simpler to have them change it - otherwise I would have done it myself. I was not particularly interested in what they did at all. The gentleman at the shop was very pleasant. I took it that it was the owner I was dealing with, and he was a very pleasant individual who was attempting to be very helpful. However, his work men were sub par in my opinion, and the way that they handled things were not good.
