Fair price for the work.
I was able to get an appt when it was convenient for me and my car was ready when promised.
Autos\ Sense exceeded my expectations. Excellent service!
As always, the Quasney family at Auto Sense took care of my automotive repair and maintenance needs.
Ken is excellent at diagnosing and repairing car problems. We have taken three different vehicles to him with good results.
I got excellent service as I always do when I take any of my cars into Auto Sense. They are the best!
I will see these guys again for future work.
It was great!
They couldn't figure out the problem my car was having and charged me a diagnostic fee, very dishonest. The person behind the counter was rude, the mechanic was ok but incompetent.
Very friendly and honest. Will definitely go there again when I need auto repairs.
Always right on schedule when the car is in. Great workmanship.
Auto Sense is my automobile repair shop and has been for the past ten years. Family owned and operated and makes one feel they are part of the 'family'. Highly recommended!!!!!
So, I've waited a couple weeks to write this because my situation was odd and it took some time to resolve it. First let me say everyone who works here is professional and friendly. Fantastic customer service. I came in with an odd squeaking noise coming from one of the wheels... Brought it in the first time, they looked at it and Ken the service manager, gave me his best guess at what the problem was. Sounded reasonable to me, so we did the work. It didn't fix the problem, but as the problem was intermittent it was difficult to tell. Ken called me a couple days later to see if it was fixed. I told him no and he asked me to bring it back in so they could look at it again. This time the car cooperated and made the noise on the lift in the shop, so they could properly diagnose the issue. The car was done on time both times and I was charged exactly what I was quoted. At no point did I feel like they were adding on extra stuff that needed to get fixed. They fixed the problem and I have a new mechanic for every car I buy. They obviously care about their work and their customers. Would absolutely recommend to everyone. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly, professional, respectful and I will happily give them my money I the future.
Auto Sense is the only place I take my cars.
The problem was found very quickly. I was very pleased with getting my van in and fixed in one day. Very friendly staff too!
Car delivered on time.
I was very well satisfied.
Flexible and awesome crew.
They were honest, quick, fair, and got it done.
Excellent service, friendly and reliable! Been going there for many years.
Very courteous, professional, and most importantly quick.
Ken and family are quality and value focused. We have a 14 year relationship with Auto Sense spanning 5 cars.
The last visit was for tire balancing. The balancing eliminated a vibration.
Wonderful shop with excellent customer service. Easy to work with!
Everything was wonderful. I did have to return for a check engine light that came on because something was not reconnected properly- but it was corrected upon my return.
It is always easy dealing with you guys and it is close to my apartment, so that is great. I did notice my car was over filled with oil the last two times. It takes a partial quart and I think the whole quart was added. It appears my valve gasket is leaking now.
Owner would not honor a coupon he mailed out.
Simple fix to mount tires.
Excellent, caring service from a family of experts.
Great shop. Excellent work.
The employees were friendly and helpful when I was there twice this week for air in two different tires.
The are courteous, polite, competent and caring.
Met the owner, everyone was friendly and they got my tires changed and rotated quickly.
Both Ken's did an outstanding job with the work needed to pass the MD state inspection. Professional and true to their word, already recommended them to 3 people and I will be going to them for my routine maintenance in the future.
My experience with this shop was excellent.
Great people, they helped me out on the price of repair, and check to see if anything else was wrong besides what I came in for.
Honest, friendly, job was well done and I am happy with them.
It was a good experience.
Good service, average pricing.
Truthful, and knowledgeable.
Quick and easy.
Nice people, excellent service. The problem with the vehicle was found and fixed in a timely and satisfactory manner. It's hard to evaluate value vs. price without having the same problem fixed at other places and comparing.Overall, I give the shop a better than average grade.
Front brakes vibrated when braking. Rotors were turned to correct, which it did, but less than a 1000 miles I heard a grinding noise. Pulled the front wheels found inner pads on the one side was rubbing metal and the other side was a fraction of an inch away. Had to buy new rotors and of course new pads. Felt like I got ripped off, I surely would have new pads if suggested at the same time rotors were done. Brakes being that bad the truck was unsafe to drive.
