He has a good group of technicians with one holding ASE Master Certification. This is definitely a family affair; Kathy is the service adviser and her husband, John, is the lead technician. Kathy will greet you when you arrive, take care of all the paper work, answer any questions you may have along the way, and make sure you are satisfied. A-1 is also certified to handle all types of smog inspections and repairs.
