We found a group of 6 staff members who have been together for at least the last 14 years as a team, this team combines for over 115 years of industry experience. Of the 6 staff members 5 are currently ASE Certified Technicians and Service Consultants. The Management of this shop has attended some of the industries leading classes on Shop Management. The techncians have taken advanced hybrid training classes as well as other ongoing training. Steve Summers, the owner, has invested in the experienced staff, ongoing training, automotive tools and computer diagnostic equipment that make this truly a Top Shop.

Everyone is committed to the ongoing training that is necessary to keep up with the ever advancing automotive technology, they are ASE certified, and they have the proper tools, diagnostic equipment, and service information available to accurately diagnose and repair even the most difficult problems they may encounter. Add to this their excellent 2 year/30,000 mile warranty and you can see why we are happy to have them in our Top Shop Network. Customer amenities include a convenient location, early bird vehicle drop-off, and a local shuttle service.

Four of them are ASE certified and two have reached ASE Master Technician status. RM Automotive has demonstrated to us they have all the tools and equipment necessary to perform all the tasks we would expect of one of our Top Shops. We have found this shop to be conveniently located in the commercial district of a mostly residential area. They offer a shuttle service and rental cars are available should the need arise. Their comfortable waiting area offers wireless internet access. Hours of operation are 7:30 to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.

He is ASE Certified in 24 different catagories, it takes a series of 8 tests to become an ASE Master Technician, he has AA degree in electronics, and has a California Smog Licence. He has also made a name for himself in the world of Hybrid vehicle repair, obtaining the training needed to properly and safely perform advanced repairs on these complex vehicles. Shops in our Top Shop network are held to a high standard in terms of training and certification and we found Avi's to have far exceeded standard. Avi's specializes in Acura, Honda, Infiniti, Lexus, Nissan, Scion, Subaru, and Toyota.
