He has a good team of technicians who also receive continual training and have over 27 years of combined experience. These technicians are supplied with some of the industries best tools and use them to perform professional repairs on your vehicle. This AAA shop backs their work up with a 24 Month 24,000 mile warranty. They confidently stand by their work with a 36 month 36,000 mile warranty. RepairPal's Assessment: Serving the Niwot area since 1984, Gunbarrel Import Motors specializes in European vehicles. They have dealer level scan tools and diagnostic equipment for the brands they service and many of their employees hold ASE certifications (two are ASE Master Technicians), allowing the shop to achieve the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence, of which there are only about 1,500 located through out the country. Their technicians have years of hands-on experience and attend training classes whenever possible.

RepairPal's Assessment: Andy opened Fifth Gear Automotive in 1982 and has been serving the Broomfield area ever since. The shop moved into their brand new building at its current location in 2001. They have a very experienced team of five technicians who have an astonishing 100 years of experience between them. Combine this with their excellent tooling, factory level diagnostic equipment, and top-notch customer service, and you have the complete package. Fifth Gear is also AAA approved, a Bosch Authorized Service Center, and an emissions testing and repair facility.

Brandon, the owner, has assembled an experienced crew of individuals to meet your automotive and customer service needs. This shop values on going training, the management has attended customer service training, and the techncians are keeping up with their ongoing education as well. ASE Certificaiton is a big plus and although it is not required to be a Top Shop it is something that we weight heavily in our evaluation, 2 of the 3 staff members are ASE Certified, this is important because it shows a committment to staying current and a basic foundational knowledge of Automotive Repair. Overall we found Pickering Auto Service to fit nicely into our Top Shop program and feel they are well epuipped to meet your automotive needs.

We were very impressed by their integrity and ethics, as evidenced by their 2011 Golden Ethics Award and their 2012 Bill Daniels Ethics in Business Award. We were delighted to find their owner, Dana TePoel, has over 20 years of experience in the auto industry. This ASE Blue Seal shop (of which there are only about 1500 nationwide) is also AAA and BBB accredited, and provides state emissions testing. They have been serving the Westminster, CO area since 1992.
