RepairPal's Assessment: During our assessment we found a state of the art facility with the same tools and diagnostic equipment normally found only at the BMW dealership. In addition to the excellent background training from the manager and technicians, they also receive training from the Dinan engineering group which specializes in high performance BMW parts. While the techs are trained to install the performance parts designed by Dinan, they spend the majority of time putting their knowledge to use maintaining and repairing unmodified BMWs and Minis, just as they came from the factory. All Dinan service is backed by a 2 year, unlimited mileage parts and labor warranty. Customer amenities include: Shuttle rides, WiFi access, and after hours vehicle drop off.
