Horrible. I took my 2008 Scion XB there because Tamon Stanley, the representative gave me a phone quote of $260 to completely replace my right axle. When I got there and they took a look at the car, he gave me a quote of $960, and said he would charge me $97 for the diagnostic if I did not want the repair. I decided to replace the axle and paid the $960. 1 week later I started getting bump steer and my alignment started to go off tremendously. When I came back for him to see it again, and to ask for an alignment, he told me that my car had frame problems and because of the previous crash of the vehicle he could not align it and there was nothing they can do but to refer me to a collision center. I went to an independent repair shop and they looked at my car and right away they told me that the right side and the frame has been patched up incorrectly by the previous owner. They told me the problem was not the axle, but the "patch work" that the previous owner did. This "patchwork" was affecting the whole right side of the car.
So basically, this dealership, "the experts" didn't tell me that information but instead chose to charge me $960 for an axle replacement instead of notifying me that my problems were more extensive. Only after i paid $960 and came back 1 wk later did they tell me that my car had frame problems and referred me to a collision center. They did no refund whatsoever. This dealership is just out for your money. Beware.
