Auto Medics has been serving the community of San Mateo since 1987. This shop is managed by Robert Pierinelli who has over 20 years of industry experience, all here! We found a talented team of technicians with over 70 years of combined experience working with him. Over the years they have continued to keep pace with advancing technology by regularly attending training classes, the most recent being hybrid training. Using their extensive collection of automotive tools and knowledge we are confident they will make excellent repairs to your car. All work is backed by a 36 month/36,000 mile warranty. For you convenience they offer early bird/after hours drop off, shuttle service, Saturday business hours, rental and loaner cars.

  I was very pleased at the professionalism and friendly demeanor of Chris who checked my car into their system. I was also very pleased with Robert who is a real car guy. He answered all of my questions and was patient with me. Also I was very satisfied with the timing belt replacement work that was performed on my car. When the work was completed, the engine compartment was as clean as when I delivered the car to the shop. I definitely plan to return to Auto Medics when ever my car requires repair or maintenance.

  I like Auto Medics so much that I am only considering buying a new Honda, rather than another brand, tho they do repairs on all Asian brands. They always know me and seem to really know my car. Perfect servicing.

  Friendly people here take your car troubles and concerns seriously. Also, they have steered me to other shops of superior quality (for auto glass replacement and a body shop.) I've been taking our Hondas here for over twenty years.

  They've changed their auto loan policy and I'm not satisfied to pay $9.95 to borrow a car for a day. I only ever have to go a short distance, and might like if they had a car available to provide ride.
