I am committed to our customers. That is why you will always find me at the onsite and answering the phone six days a week! I believe that when the "owner is rarely at his business" customer service and quality suffers in this field of business when the owner is spread too thin. I personally write the invoices which are highly detailed with legible documentation of what you are paying for, why the service was required and recommendations if we notice anything that should be brought to your attention.
