I was extremely satisfied. I think they are brutally frank and honest. They only work on what needs to be worked on. The staff there is extraordinarily customer friendly.

I had them change the oil in my transmission. I think they used the wrong oil because a week later the transmission went out. We appreciate your business and it was unfortunate that your transmission failed 6 weeks after the fluid was changed. We use a high quality synthetic transmission fluid that meets your Honda vehicle spec Z-1. There was no chance that we used the wrong fluid in your vehicle. It was noted on your receipt that your PCM was failing. This is the computer that controls your transmission and engine. This may have caused your transmission to fail.
They are good there. They get you in and out and are conscience of me while I am there, so I can say they are good. Apart from this, they should make the rates they charge better so that they can attract more customers.

I find Glen to be exceptional. He took the time to explain the work they did. They all were nice and finished the job in a timely manner. They do a good job and I would recommend them to anyone because they are friendly.
