They weren't busy and took care of me right away. I've done all the labs. The price doesn't seem that bad. My brother had his car in for two weeks with a mechanic from our neighborhood. I told them what I needed and the problem, they solved it, and called me in the next half hour. They weren't slacking on the job. I couldn't fix the motor heater myself. They charged me $195 or whatever it was.
The last two time that I was there, there was dishonesty involved based on my pervious knowledge of the vehicle. It reflected the last visit. The last vehicle we took there had a similar problem. They had a very similar answer to the problem on a different vehicle. I believe that even though they offered a one time fee for the diagnosis of the vehicle, both thimes they also said they needed additional funds to further their diagnosis of the condition of the vehicle. When we took it somewhere else that wasn't the case. They did not uphold the diagnosis of the vehicle.
I took my 2001 dts in for repairs and this shop was super the dropped me off at home . the worked on my car like it was there on vehicle . they explained the situation about my vehicle .I would send all of my friends and family to this shop for repairs they are first class in the repair business thanks again for all you help.
I took my car to Auto-Lab in Southgate because it was overheating and coolant was leaking everywhere. The service manager was very friendly and prompt! I didn't get my car to them until 4:30 by 5 they knew what was wrong, the price seemed very reasonable and they had me back on the road before 6pm when the close!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
