My dissatisfaction comes in regard to the phone conversation with Terrance. In his honesty he point blank told me his higher charges for parts were because the up-charges were the way he made his living, and further explained he didn't appreciate me bringing in my own parts in the first place . Even after Matthew had said I could. After having previously been given a quote by Terrance, I had called Matthew that Terrance quotes for parts had been much higher than neighboring repair shops I'd called, and much much higher than the neighboring parts store . Because of this it would make more economical since to either bring my own parts or use one of the other repair shops . Matthew understanding this, told me that I could bring in my parts but they could not give a warranty on the service . His understanding had won me over soooo much that I had started a prepaid balance for this replacing of brake shoes and serpentine belt, and was planning to keep building my prepaid balance for future oil change, stickers and so forth for both me and my brother . I had already build a plus-credit of 320.00. Being an old lady with an old car I thought I had found a trust worthy service center . But Terrance honesty was sooo carelessly hurtful, I vowed never to come back again even though I understood his upping part prices was a way of him making a living, I wish he could have understood that I am simply trying to survive in a fixed income living as well. I wish Terrance would had told me he didn't appreciate my business in the manner of which I could afford from the beginning BEFORE I began setting up my saving account for future services. The world is changing, we need to work with one another the best we can.
