Auto Assets
Although they are Porsche/Audi racers on weekends, all of our cars are serviced at Auto Assets - BMW, Acura and Corvette. Experienced and knowledgeable guys in both the front and back of the shop. Honest, dependable information and estimates combined with careful and complete service is a rarity these days. Trust these guys to take care of your cars. And they always have cool cars to look at if you need to wait while they fix yours! Highly recommended!

I have recently started doing more high performance driving events with my 2007 Porsche 911 Turbo in the past year and I have been taking my car to Auto Assets exclusively for the track preparations. The staff at Auto Assets are extremely knowledgeable and very down to earth. My car has run perfectly at the track since they started servicing it. I find their staff very trustworthy and they do not recommend service on the car, new brake pads, or new tires etc... unless they truly believe you need them. It is a pleasure to work with such professionals and to have the peace of mind to know that they are only going to do what is the best for you and your car.

Columbus not only has be best Band in the land. But also the best Auto Repair shop. Auto Assets is top notch! Professional staff, with a friendly home nature. As a person with minimal experience with vechicles, they do a wonderful job at educating the customer on their vechicle and seeing to it that your needs are met. This repair facility is peerless when it comes to knowledge of the staff,quality of repairs and fairness of pricing. I have two(2) Audi A8's and a Volvo. Auto Assets has flawlessly maintained these vehicles for me for 9 years. I can not recommend them more highly than to challenge you to go there,compare the service and see for yourself. You will leave more educated about your vehicle and more confident in yours and its abilities. You will not have a better repair experience. Extraordinary people doing extraordinary work.

I pride myself on doing most of my own maintenance and repairs to my prized possessions however life gets in the way I don't always have the time and resources to do it all myself. There's only one shop I trust with my babies when I need assistance and that's Auto Assets. Chip, Matt and the whole crew are friendly and always willing to work with my next to impossible timelines. They get the job done correctly at a reasonable cost every time. They've been looking after all the complicated jobs on my 200,000+ mile Audi A4 for over 8 years now as well as providing track preparations and inspections for my other toys. I never have to worry about my car being in the right hands when I drop it off with them.

I have encountered three types of automotive repair shops in my lifetime.
1.) Shops that will "passively suggest" you have service done in the future
2.) Shops that will "forcefully imply" that service need done NOW....or else
3.) Shops that know and explain the difference between maintenance and repairAuto Assets is shop number 3. Every time I have been to Auto Assets, my vehicle has been fully evaluated, repairs thoroughly explained and future points of concern addressed as well. They do an excellent job of explaining "safety issues" versus "maintenance issues", willing to explain the difference between what will leave you stranded on the side of the road and what will simply annoy you while driving down the road.
Most of the employees are auto enthusiasts and very well informed. Additionally, they know how to tech highly technical information and explain it in simple terms.

Great service at a fair price, I really appreciate their up front honest approach to servicing my cars. At my last service they informed me I did not need the brake job a Dealership service center had told me I needed during a warranty repair. Auto Assets quoted price was several hundred dollars less than the dealer, so I would have been happy with their price. They could have easily replaced my brakes and I would have been none the wiser. This is just one example of why they will continue to get my business.

I have been taking my 2001 Audi S4 to Auto Assets for about 4 years now. They always perform the highest quality of work, and the customer service is the best. The technicians perform the work in a timely manner and get your car back to you repaired correctly the first time. I have never had with quality of work they performed. I have had to take my car back to their shop because of defective parts that they received from Audi. This is where their amazing customer service came in. Whenever there is a possibility of a part being under warranty, the service writers always research and get the part warrantied. My car was recently in for a exhaust temperature sensor issue which was making my car misfire. The technicians diagnosed the car and found that my exhaust temperature sensors were failing. Matt, the service manager, looked through my service records and saw that I had replaced both of my exhaust temperature sensors within a year and warrantied them with the part company. Another reason that I take my car to Auto Assets is that they are fair about pricing, and much cheaper than MAG, but the techs are just as good or even better than those you could find at the dealerships. The service is the best in central Ohio. I urge anyone who has a import or domestic car that cares about the car they own, and want the car to be maintained properly without having to hassle with the dealership and their outrageous prices to give Auto Assets a try you will not be disappointed.
