For vehicles that are equipped with heated and cooled seats, the passenger occupant detection system may malfunction and prevent the passenger side air bags from deploying as necessary during an accident. Dealers will install a passenger occupant detection system repair kit free of charge to resolve the concern.

The side air bags mounted inside the front seats may not deploy properly, as the seat covers are not stitched properly to allow them to freely deploy. Dealers will replace the driver's and/or passenger's front seat back covers free of charge as needed to resolve the concern.

The electric power steering system may fail in cold weather due to a steering motor sensor fault. Dealers will update the power steering control module software free of charge to resolve the concern.

The vehicle may fail to start, or stall while driving, due to a faulty fuel pump. The dealer will replace the fuel pump to resolve the concern.

The fuel rail is a tube that carries fuel to the fuel injectors. The fuel rail may leak, increasing the risk of a fire. Dealers will replace the affected fuel rail and corresponding seals to correct this concern.

In a crash where the first impact deploys the side air bags and a second impact occurs in the front of the vehicle, the front air bags may not deploy. Dealers will update the air bag control unit software free of charge to correct the concern.
