I bought a 2009 Audi A4 and took it to Audi of Brookline prior to registration/state inspection and because the battery was apparently dead. The customer service specialist, Jeremy Yaboujian, was awesome!
He squeezed me in for an appointment during a busy time; he replaced my dead battery; and he gave me a complimentary vehicle inspection and full car wash. Better, after charging me for the service, he further investigated my problem, discovered that it would be covered under warranty, asked me to return (3 mins after I left the lot), and gave me a full refund! In fact, Jeremy provided me with the overall best customer service experience I have ever had at an auto dealer.
I am so happy with this service that I am going to make Audi of Brookline my service center from now on! I fully recommend them!
I had a recal/inspection scheduled. Was able to make easily the appointment, got a complimentary car wash, great service, great price.
However when I wanted to schedule a more extensive maintenance work, the prices were a bit out of my range.
Great service, decent prices, but don't forget to compare.
