Audi Exchange
I purchased a new '09 S5 from The Audi Exchange. I made a 12 hour round trip to their dealership from Ohio. My trade-in had an extra set of new Michelin all-weather rear tires valued at over $900. Before making this drive, I asked the salesman which set he would like me to have on the car. Being in Chicago, he said the all-weather would be great. After arriving there, the sales manager (Mario) decided they would rather have the summer tires instead to match the OEM fronts. So after returning back home, I shipped these to them in good faith to swap out for the all-weather tires. They promised to return these to me the next week. Now after 3 months and numerous calls/emails to return my property, they have not responded. I have been forced to file a formal complaint with Audi America, and even they state they can't get the dealership to respond/comply. I would not recommend this dealership as I feel they are dishonest.
