  I took my car to Auburn Foreign Car when I had issues with my alternator. I'm not at all a car person and they really took care of me and explained everything clearly. Talking to a few friends of mine later who are car people, they said that I got a good deal on the service, too. I highly recommend Auburn Foreign Car.

  This shop deserves 5 stars. This is by far the cleanest and most well kept shop I've seen before. I had absolutely no detachment issues when I dropped off my BMW X3, which I always have problems leaving my car at any other shop. Relationally, this shop creates a trustworthy and ethical atmosphere that is evident in all the employees, including the owner. And mechanically, the people who worked on my car did beyond what I had asked for, and checked up on other parts that weren't even relative and discovered other problems. They gave me options and advice, instead of forced me to buy into their services immediately.

  Two thumbs up‎‎! Nearly half-a-million miles logged on my two vehicles and both have run perfectly under the care of Auburn Foreign Car. Latest visit in my 13+ year affiliation with these folks was last week. I was impressed once again with their attention to detail, clear and thorough communication, and outstanding diagnostic and repair work. Over the years, I have never once needed a second opinion, a re-do by somebody else, or a course in anger management after dealing with this outfit. I figure that if I am shelling out my hard-earned cash, a merchant had better deserve to have it. AFC deserves to have it.

  My family and I have been loyal customers of Auburn Foreign Car for over 14 years! What more can I say when you have a shop that you can count on over and over again for excellent service!!! They don't treat you like a customer, but as a friend! That's why I believe they have such a huge fan base!!! Greg, Julia and their team are the best at what they do! They really do know their business and how they can help you and your vehicle.

  As a woman, I am cautious about where I take my car for service. Luckily, several years ago, a friend suggested I try Auburn Foreign and Domestic. I am so happy I took his advice and I hope you take mine. These guys are true pros and they never talk down to me. They listen to me and they explain exactly what they are going to do. It is so nice to find a place that I trust, I will never go anywhere else. I could not recommend them higher. Try them out like I did, you will not be disappointed.

  Having had issues at both dealerships and private shops in the past, we were looking for a fair and reliable place to take our vehicles. After our first experience at Auburn Foreign Car, we realized that they were open and thorough with everything that they do. They tell us both the "what needs to be done right away" as well as the things that can wait. We now take all three of our vehicles to them and don't trust anyone else as much as we trust them to do the right thing.

  Even though it is not a foreign car, we trust Auburn Foreign Car with our Dodge. They do a great job with all of their work and are always fair. We have never felt that they have they have tried to sell us any services or parts that we did not truly need. When our vehicles have been in the shop, they always make sure to keep us informed of the status and any changes in the estimated costs.

  I have been a customer for almost 30 years. Auburn Foreign Car has always kept my cars running well, and I've kept some of those cars for a very long time! The customer service and work quality are both excellent. In addition, the work is backed by an outstanding warranty. The waiting room is well-equipped, including wireless access and fresh coffee. Many times I've had an unexpected problem come up and they have have always found a way to fit me in and get the car back on the road. I highly recommend this shop!

  I have been a customer for about ten years. I always receive honest, prompt, courteous service. I am told what repairs cost up front, what can wait, and what is urgent. The facility is very clean and the waiting area is comfortable. I can get a ride to work and they're within walking distance of my house. I often drop off my car the night before and drop my keys in the door slot. We have two nearly identical cars we have serviced here and they always keep them straight. I recommend AFC to all my friends - even those without foreign cars!

  4:30 on Friday afternoon, my truck suddenly started making an ominous “clunking” noise. I called Jerry at Auburn Foreign Car and explained the problem. I didn’t feel safe driving it all weekend, not knowing what was wrong, but I had to work on Saturday. Jerry told me to bring it in and gave me a loaner car, free of charge, for the weekend. On Monday, they diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts, but the work couldn’t be completed until Tuesday after I left for work. So, I picked up my truck on Wednesday. In addition to replacing the ball joints, my truck had been washed and vacuumed.

  Another time, I took my truck in for a brake job. It was going to take several hours but I didn’t have anyone who could give me a ride. One of the staff at Auburn Foreign Car quickly volunteered. She gave me a ride home and then picked me up again later when the work was complete.

  These are just two recent examples of the incredible customer service I have received at Auburn Foreign Car. I have been a customer for almost 20 years and have always been pleased with their service.

  We've been going to Auburn Foreign Car for many years. My wife recently had her car in for an oil change and really appreciates the service Jerry and Greg provided. She left the shop with a fresh oil change, washed exterior and vacuumed interior. Their safety inspection also found some burnt out exterior bulbs and they were able to replace those for her while she waited.

  I have never been to a more professional, clean, and honest car shop before. I've always been sketical of shops aside from dealerships because of the deceiving experiences I've had, but this family owned shop has helped me above and beyond what I expected in a pressure free environment. I've never been disappointed with any visit I've had at AFC.

  I have three vehicles maintained with your shop and have never been more confident that the work is of the finest quality!! My family has a dodge, Jeep and Ford maintained with you, and the staff has such a variety of knowledge that we feel well cared for when we bring in our vehicles to be serviced. It is a huge relief to have a service center we can count on to maintain our investments. Thanks so much for the high quality we see in the staff you have!!!!!!!!!!!
