4:30 on Friday afternoon, my truck suddenly started making an ominous “clunking” noise. I called Jerry at Auburn Foreign Car and explained the problem. I didn’t feel safe driving it all weekend, not knowing what was wrong, but I had to work on Saturday. Jerry told me to bring it in and gave me a loaner car, free of charge, for the weekend. On Monday, they diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts, but the work couldn’t be completed until Tuesday after I left for work. So, I picked up my truck on Wednesday. In addition to replacing the ball joints, my truck had been washed and vacuumed.
Another time, I took my truck in for a brake job. It was going to take several hours but I didn’t have anyone who could give me a ride. One of the staff at Auburn Foreign Car quickly volunteered. She gave me a ride home and then picked me up again later when the work was complete.
These are just two recent examples of the incredible customer service I have received at Auburn Foreign Car. I have been a customer for almost 20 years and have always been pleased with their service.
