Just a guess but maybe a sticky throttle, bushings, cable, plates.

I checked to see if there was a way to adjust the idle, everything seems in good working order, so I just assumed a sensor was bad I was just hoping someone would say oh this happened on mine thanx

I see a lot of things and without hands on it's just a suggestion from what I've seen without a check engine light constantly on. Have seen cables bind, or the cable mounting bracket bent causing the cable to hold the plates from going to the stop. OK good luck.

Turn key to run, Jumper TE1 to E1 on diagnostic connector, count the flashes of the engine light, let us know the code so we can put this to bed. No disrespect to anyone.

Scan test! Should have a trouble code since light has come on. If no codes now, live data will be useful in determining the problem. Possible IAC valve problem.

I don't have a way to do a code scan and I didn't think a code would come up if the check light wasn't on it hardly ever comes on, I thought I would run the question by everyone and see what happened before I put it in the shop thanx

There is a power steering idle speed boost system, locate the valve and try pinching off the vacuum hose for it and see if the idle speed drops, it may be stuck open.
