I asked that the technicians check the lines going to the turbo to see if they were OK or not. Since I didn't get any feedback, I assumed they must have been fine. Imagine my surprise when I walked under the truck when it was on a lift and could hear the lines whistling. Seriously? Did they check or not? What else was not done?

After work was completed we were driving home at 5:30 in the afternoon and the car started bucking and trying to quit. We did make it home 52 miles without it quitting. Returned the vehicle to the shop a couple days later to have a spark plug replaced. A little more than a month later after driving to Phoenix, we noticed a couple of large puddles in drive, under car. The whole undercarriage was covered in oil. We then took it to a Goodyear garage to check out the problem. They took me out to the car and showed me a very loose oil filter that has been leaking. After a 13 hr. trip to Phoenix, it was a real mess under the undercarriage. I Then had the oil changed and the engine and undercarriage cleaned. This whole cost with a new oil change and steam cleaning came to just under a $100 dollars. NOW ! would you recommend Aspen auto clinic ???

The car was towed within 30 minutes of calling Aspen and the repair on the car was started on the next business day. I was notified of the work that needed to be done and a quote for the price to fix it. The work was done and the price quoted was the amount that I paid. I have had all of my cars worked on by Aspen for the last several years and will continue going back to them because they are fair and reliable.

I liked there service but I was hoping to get my money back for a fuel pump that I replaced to help for start up issues I was having with my car. I'm still having problems with my car after they said it would fix it and there not willing to give my money back after having in the shop for a week.

It took two and one half hours for an oil change and tire rotation.
We apologize for your extended wait on your oil change service. We do sometimes have a higher volume of customers to take care of and we try our best to make sure your service is timely. Our oil change service normally take about 1 and a half hours because we don't do "just an oil change" at Aspen Auto Clinic but so much more. We agree that 2 and a half is excessive. They took my money but did not repair the car.
Your feedback is important to us and we thank you for your review. Aspen Auto Clinic offers free inspections for many things on vehicles but it is necessary at times to charge for a more detailed diagnosis on a vehicle that requires more time and deeper inspection to find what is causing the problem. Just like at a doctor appointment when they need you to get tests done before they can properly diagnose an illness.
When this situation happens our policy is to notify the vehicle's owner and explain the situation and we require the owner's approval and signature before we can charge for the services. Once we received your approval to do the extra diagnosis on the vehicle, we did not repair your car because you declined to have the repair done. The service you paid for was for the diagnosis of the problem.
We allow the customer to make an educated decision with how they want to take care of their vehicle. If you would like to have the vehicle repaired we would be happy to repair it for you, just call the shop and schedule and appointment. We'd love to keep your car running properly for you.

Great service but very overpriced. I needed serpentine belt alternator and battery - wanted $845. I did it at home for 325 in an hour. I called other mechanics prices were a lot less.

I brought my car in for an oil change over a month ago. It took over an hour, and I was handed a list of things I needed to fix on my car at the end. Things like changing the timing belt, which I had done elsewhere months earlier. Additionally, I ran out of windshield wiper fluid less than two weeks later- leading me to believe that it wasn't topped off.
Great communication and service. They took care of me and my situation.
Aspen Auto is extremely customer oriented and as usual they delighted me with a couple of extra things and they are probably the finest auto repair shops in Colorado Springs. FYI I have 4 cars serviced by them and each and every time is always a great experience. Someone asked me if I thought their prices were high...compared to what? He mentioned the dealer...I asked him if he was crazy. I used to go to the dealer and when they wanted $ 2,500 for a new engine header, I took it to Aspen for a 2nd opinion. It was a $ 200 exhaust leak in the manifold. Never looked back and Aspen has always taken great care of us. You get what you pay for. Besides they have a a 3 year warranty. The dealer doesn't.
I don't believe that I needed all of the services that they recommended/performed.
So far, so good. I felt like they were very professional, knowledgeable and patient in explaining the problem to someone who does not understand the mechanical aspect of cars.
Thought it was too expensive.
I've always recommended Aspen to friends but I believe I was overcharged on my last visit. I had my vehicle towed for a starter and was charged a very high rate. Wish I had towed the vehicle to another garage but cost would have been too much.
Close to home and communication and service were great.
I would recommend them for the services that I had performed--others I am not so sure of because of the cost.
The front desk guy was a bit too curt for my liking.
They are trustworthy; work always explained and ready on time.
