Arty's offers courteous, professional service, and they explain everything to you in detail and in language you can understand.
They are a bit pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for. Every time I've gone there, they have had my car fixed by the time I've gotten off work... No "it'll be ready tomorrow", no "we couldn't get the part", only "your car is ready sir"! If you need your car fixed the right way and in a timely manner, I would suggest that you go to Arty's.
That they are very professional, a little pricey and they always do a good job. There was one issue prior but they fixed the problem with no extra charge. It's more of a set up like going to a dealership; very clean, very professional, and very organized. It's like the setup at fat boys.

It seems like the quality of their work isn't like it used to be. I brought my car in this past Monday had a radiator flush and they didn't put the cap back on right and it blew they cap off, over heated my car, had antifreeze spilled all over inside the hood. I didn't go back. I fixed the problem my self. I shouldn't have happened in the first place if they are certified to do this. Time before I brought in my wife's car they kept my car for two days with out calling us and letting us know it was going to take more time than they told us the car would be done, so my wife called ten minutes before they closed and they told her it's not going to get done tonight they ended up giving her a loaner car but that is besides the point.
Please call me if anything like this happens. I am so sorry that this happened. If I knew who this is I would've contacted you already. I take a lot of pride in the work that is performed at my shop and if one of my guys makes a mistake we will always take care of it and more than compensate you for your inconvenience. I had a couple things that needed done and I felt like he treated me like a customer not a client. He recommended things that he had already done.
Communication. They explain what exactly is being done. They also show it.
They are very thorough with their work and all of the work is done correctly.
They offer fair and honest services.
Their service is great, they don't try to sell services that aren't needed and they are a very honest and clean shop.
Their work is incredible, they never do work that isn't needed and they are very trustworthy.
I know them personally, and they are very professional.
There is a lot of stuff that isn't explainable, like I think certain things were overpriced.
Hi, Sam I wish you would've called me if you have something that your not sure about on your bill. I would always be more than happy to look into anything you have a question about. I can tell you we always try to use the original manufacturers parts which sometimes are a little more expensive but fit the vehicle properly and always have less problems with. I find Arty's Auto shop to be reliable and honest. The experience I've had with them and the situation that has occurred that Art's have recommend we pass on some services rather than getting the service he would give us options.
