What a Crew! These guys are the BEST!? - ChazAtCaz? - Aug 31, 2009 "We were on our way home to Rochester, NY from the Outer Banks of NC, when my father-in-laws car blew a ball joint. Fortunately, it happened as we were turning into a gas station just around the corner from Arts. Imagine our concern being (Yankees) so far away from home with a major problem like that... Needless to say we thought we were going to have to pay through the nose. Not only did Art take care of us but he did it for less than we would have paid at home! Furthermore, his service was exceptional & fast. We were most impressed with the cleanliness of his shop too. You could eat off the floors and the waiting room was spotless. We were back on the road w/in 2 hours. But not before he dropped us off at the restaurant for breakfast. If you are looking for GREAT SERVICE at a fair price, go to Arts!"
To Whom It May Concern:
This is just a short note to let you know of the outstanding professional service that I recently received from a NAPA automotive repair shop. The name of the repair shop is Art’s Automotive Service located in Henrico, VA 23227. On OCT 09 2009 I was traveling from Norfolk VA to Washington DC on I-95 when both my battery and alternator started acting up. I was able to get of 95 and was fortunate enough to pass by Arts Automotive, when I saw the NAPA logo, I figured if NAPA thought enough of Mr. Giannini and his workmanship to let him display your logo, then I would check the facility out. I pulled in the parking lot and as I put the car into park it died. So my decision was made. And I do not regret making that turn into the parking lot.
The entire facility was very clean; in fact you could eat off the garage floor. From Mr. and Mrs. Giannini the owners, to the mechanic who worked on my car, they were all very courteous and professional. This was a first time dealing with a NAPA associated garage for me and if this garage is indicative of the rest of the NAPA enterprise then you should be truly proud. Coming from off the interstate as a walk in service, I was in and out in less than three hours with a national warranty. In fact, the price is much lower then what I would have spent had the alternator had gone out here in the DC area. Needless to say I’m very happy.
All the folks I met were very upbeat, positive, and their answers to my questions were always easy to understand. I was very impressed with their customer approach. Mr. Giannini in particular took a great deal of time to ensure I understood the details involved in what the problem was with my car and what work was required to correct the problem.
This NAPA facility and its employees are true professionals and I strongly recommend that this facility be recognized for their efforts. If this facility is representative of the rest of the NAPA team, then you have a first rate organization and you should be very proud.
