    I am very impressed with the level of service I recieved. I went in late one night broke down(1st time ever), Tom Harpster was my service representative. I was able to get my vehicle fixed the next day and repairs were cheaper than another chain shop right down the street. I needed a water pump, they

    Check engine code P0406 EGR valve replaced parts: $91.31 Labor $186.00

    Instructed facility to NOT conduct inspection, but they did it anyway. Tried to sell me 2 tie rods >$360 winshiled wipers $45 and rear tail light $30.

    Same thing happened during last inspection - they faound things wrong and $21 inspection cost > $250.

    Poor serive, poor attitude, quality service program is a joke!
