Question: Approx five minutes after starting I get a loss of power for about 30 seconds?

The problem seems as if gas is restricted, It only does it after starting the CRV and I have to slightly pump the accelerator to maintain speed. Once the problem has happened it seems to drive okay. If I turn the car off and drive again the problem repeats. Something sequential seems to be happening. I have had fuel injector service done, new air filter. CRV has 105,000 kms (60,000 miles) only. I tried it in cruise control and the when it happens the car seems to pulse and the speed changes down and up slightly for 30 seconds. All diagnostic codes read okay. Thanks

    Re Honda CRV problem. I had a mechanic replace the TPS and the problem still exists. Any suggestions? My mechanic is not sure what the problem is!

    As 1 says , scan live data, watch for a 'dead' spot in the TPS reading. May need throttle body or just TPS , if available by itself aftermarket.BUT don't guess.

    Thanks, I will try to find out what that means and get it fixed. The problem is really annoying.
