    This service ship sucks! It is over priced and poorly performed. I actually had to return a set of channel locks to the service department after I found them in my battery box. Unfortunately it was after it shorted and drained my battery. The last a straw involved a $12000 estimate to replace a timing belt. The reason was that a piston struck a valve damaging the head beyond repair. It cost me $600 to get the car out in pieces. I dropped the head off at a machine shop to find that the head was not damaged and that two valves needed to be replaced, not because of damage, but due to wear.
