You are in luck! This type of squealing is limited to only a few things. If you have already replaced the belts and the pulley, here are a few of the MOST likely things to be causing this very annoying problem.
1.) Your power steering pump may not be functioning properly
2.) Your belts are simply to loose
3.) There may be a bearing out on one of the pulleys

**I suggest you taking your vehicle to a quality shop and have them examine your vehicle. Tell them the work you have already done to your vehicle.
    GOOD LUCK!

Check to see if the belts are properly aligned and properly tensioned. I am not sure if the alternator on that car is mounted like the older BMW, VW and Volvos, the upper mount was rubber that wore and allowed misalignment of the fan belt. If the engine has an automatic fan belt tensioner make sure it is capable of adequately tightening the fan belt.
