Question: an the dash board the green key light

the green key light popped on when i was traving.Then my car shut down.but it started back up.what is that light for.

    The green light is probably a maintenance light? It shouldn't have shut the care down? I would suggest having the car look at by your local mechanic?

    There is a recall for the ignition switch in this year. My 99 TL would shut down while driving it. It got worse as time went on so don't wait. The dealer will fix it for free because it is a recall. Go to this website and enter your VIN.
