He has many years of industry experience and is very dedicated to his customers, calling them after repairs to make sure they are satisfied. This shop is a great place to take your your car for automatic transmission repairs as they have Humberto Garcia on board who is a automatic transmission specialist. He spent many years learning and working on transmissions, still receiving continual updated training. They can also take care of your other repair needs as well as their staff includes another ASE Master Certified technician. All this work is backed by a 24 Month 50,000 Mile Warranty. While waiting you can enjoy their comfortable waiting room with free WiFi, HDTV, and even a kids play area. If you decide not to wait you can take advantage of the early bird/after hours drop off, or get a shuttle ride home.

  I needed to get the front brake rotors replaced on my Infiniti. The Amazing Auto Repair staff quickly determined that was indeed the cause for the symptoms, they also suggested replacing a tie-in rod. The prices for parts are what you would see on-line, no mark-up at all. The quality of the work was excellent. No additional pressure. They really cared about fixing the car at a reasonable price for me. I appreciate that very much.

  They gave me a quote when I called them to replace the upper and lower intake manifold gaskets. I notified them that I will bring the car in a week later when I got paid. When I brought it in, both of the reps at the front counters denied having spoke to me and conveniently had no memory of the quote, which I had written down. Unfortunately, I did not write down the name of whom I spoke to so they had plausible deniability. I got a call from them later that day that an electronic chip in the intake assembly was broken and quoted me an extra $200 to replace it. They also told me it was missing a certain bolt, which is dishonest because without that part, the vehicle would not have been able to run without stalling. I had to scramble around to find a replacement and in the mean time I was stuck without a ride to work for three days. Well, after its all taken care of and they finish the repair, their original quote bounced up to nearly twice what they quoted me, due to the extra work they claimed. I cannot imagine what my bill would have been if they had done all the extra work they were trying to get done. As a result, I was left with no money for food or gas until I was paid again. I took it to the dealership later and the Ford service tech confirmed my suspicions that the extra work they were trying to convince me of doing was completely unnecessary. The next day, my check engine light came on and my mass air flow error code came back. Will not be using or recommending Amazing Auto Repair to ever again. They are not honest technicians and the original fair prices they quote you will go up if they have to do anything other than that specific task. Not a pleasant experience. Take your vehicle to Tim Elliot at Esteemed Auto Repair in Pflugerville, he will fix you up right and he has the integrity not to try and mislead you.

  I appreciate the extra time the mechanics took to identify and understand the problem. When they couldn't reproduce the issue themselves they hopped in the car with me.

  Took overly long time to get the work done. Luckily I was not in a hurry, but a month is a long time to keep someone's vehicle at a shop, in my opinion.

  I thought they were very fair. Very honest. Very professional and I would definitely go to them again. They could have jerked me around. I thought I had a transmission problem, and was prepared to pay for a transmission overhaul, but they were honest with me and said I didn't have a transmission problem, only a motor mount problem. The way they performed their repairs, they knew what they were doing, and they just did it in a professional manner. I would be likely to recommend them to anyone else who has a motor, transmission, or vehicle problem.
