Question: Alternator needs replacement

• Signs of alternator failing? Or bad starter connection?
  Just replaced battery due to bad cold crank count. Raised it to a 650 but once replaced still wont turn over and all connections ei wipers, automatic seat belt and such are much slower than before....

• When replacing alternator does the serpentine belt need to be replaced also?
