Alternator stopped charging battery. Replaced alternator with aftermarket high output alternator.
If I remember correctly, the first time was at 220,000 miles and then I had new brushes put in the alternator. That lasted maybe 50,000 and it went down again. Then I swapped the original alternator for a new delco at Autozone with warranty.I think this was the last time I replaced it and now I have over 250,000 miles on this alternator and still working good.
