Your car or truck transmission is the most complex and intricate component of your vehicle, and your transmission diagnosis and repair should only be left to a professional transmission specialist. At Allstate Transmission and Auto Repair we specialize in transmission repair, as such, all of our diagnostics and repairs are done on site. Many Phoenix auto repair shops will sell you transmission repair, but they’re only a third party in the repair, they’ll sublet the repair to a transmission shop and mark-up the transmission repair cost to you. Even worse, they may have their mechanic try to diagnose and perform the repair themselves

Driving back home to Washington from Texas, I started having transmission problems, my check engine light came on and then my transmission started slipping. I searched Google with my phone for transmission shops in Phoenix and found Allstate transmission and auto repair. It was the highest rated shop in all of Az and being from out of state I took the advise of the recommendations, and I'm glad I did. Mitch, the manager at Allstate transmission was great to work with. The cost to fix my transmission was under $1,000, just as quoted. Mitch made sure they got my car fixed quick, under 3 days, since I was stuck at a hotel. They went as far as dropping me off and picking me up when it was ready, great customer service! I'm back in Washington now, and my transmission works great, absolutely no problems. My thanks go out to the team at Allstate transmission & auto repair!

I found Allstate Transmission And Auto Repair after Googling transmission repair shops in Phoenix. What a mess, luckily there are reviews to help find a reputable transmission shop! I was surprised to see how many bad reviews there are for transmission shops in Phoenix. I even searched transmission shops in Peoria, Glendale, etc. I almost considering going to the dealer until I called them. They made me feel more railroaded then anything and the price for a rebuilt transmission was ridiculous, it was more than my car was worth! and it wasn't even a new one, they said the only way to get a new one was to buy a new car – sure. I chose the top five best rated shops, and gave them a call. I felt very comfortable talking to Mitch, He took the time to explain things to me and if you've ever called a transmission shop, you know what I mean. I had them fix my transmission and am very happy with everything. I felt very taken care of by Mitch and Nicole, they even set me up with my own web page for my car so I can always go back and see what’s been done and what I can expect when my next service is due. The price was great and exactly what they quoted me, $1243.70 and only took three days. I am very, very happy with the job they did and I recommend them to anyone with transmission problems. PS, they also have regular mechanics, so I’m going back for my next service :)

Allstate Transmission and Auto Repair
I was referred here after my collision repair at Capitol Collision. I thought it was cool that both were in the same plaza. I guess this is the only location I'll ever need to remenber for my car as I was very impressed by both companies. Allstate handles all of my routine maintenance as well as performance upgrades. They keep my car fast-and-furious! this is the only place I recommend to friends in the valley.

I actually was driving down 27th ave and I drove past Allstate Transmission & Auto Repair. As I passed it, I realized I was over due for my oil change. When I got to work I looked up their phone number and called to make an appointment. I schedule the next day and they were quick and efficient. They also do an inspection and noticed my coolant needed to be serviced before summer. I am going back next week to have it done. I would never go anywhere else as this shop is honest and is truely a one stop shop!
