    I didnt know anyone locally could work on my Mercedes until one of my friends told me about Alliance. I was impressed with all the certifications they have and even more impressed with the service. Great place~!

    We were vacationing in Point Arena on the coast. Our power steering pump failed. I contacted AAA and found the nearest AAA certified repair facility was in Ukiah. I called ahead and spoke to Salvador. He got the part overnight and when I showed up on the back of a towtruck the next day he cleared a bay and fixed it and we were on our way in under two hours. Nice, family run operation. If you need a repair in that area, I would certainly recommend Alliance.
