    I'm disappointed that I was charged a diagnostic fee that was rolled in to my installation charge when I had my alternator replaced, especially since two service people confirmed the problem immediately upon inspection. Instead of charging me installation rate between $88 to $113 (which i got from this app) they charged me $167 and called it installation and diagnostic fee.
