Question: All gauges on dash of my truck have stopped working speedometer, rpm, enginelite

I was recently installing my new after market stereo and shocked to wires now my gauges have stopped working any help on info would be much appreciated was told it might be a fuse not sure what one. Thanks

    Is there a fuse that would be connected to these and if not a fuse is there anything els that could possibly be leading to the problem of all gauges not working
