Question: All 4 windows will not go down

windows worked and slowly the problem began. sometimes they would work and sometimes not...now all of the time they dont work. not the fuse. Where is the window motor relay switch located, what does it look like?

    Just below the steering column the is a reset button try pressing this a few times it sticks.
    also there is a child safety button in between the left up and down buttons
