Alignment/Tire Wear Issue Due to Worn Rear Lower Ball Joints on BMW 740iL

excessive wear on front tires. replaced tires and had alignment done. still wears tires and bumpy feel at 70 mph. was told need to replace the rear ball joints and re align the front end. was told need to do all 4 wheels to be done properly
