They give me a very good deal and are honest, He only fixes what is broken and does very good work and does a very good job. He's professional and gets your car fixed. He gives me Christmas presents! I'm on a road trip and I bought a souvenir for him. He's very honest, and a truthful person. That's hard to find when you're getting your car fixed!
I have a 2004 crossfire. I had my car tow to Albany truck & car repair.
After looking at my car (it also needed a jump to start )they found out that it had to go to a CHRYSLER dealer to find the problem.They could have just started replacing part instead. VERY honest. Vinny (service manager) did not charge me for the time they put in my car.
Customer satisfaction 1 to 5 they get a 5.
I came to them for a second opinion after having the Dealer gave me an estimate for $1600 to have a Air Bag replaced. They ran some tests, explained to me why the dealer's diagnose was incorrect and showed me a Bulletin that Toyota published that pin pointed the problem to a bad connection under the seat. They repaired the connection and did other maintenance work that I needed and the bill was still under $400. And the car was cleaned. They also are very nice people.
