Question: air only blows on floor vents,

cant get it ti switch to defrost nor dash

  It can be anything from something fallen into your defrost vents preventing your blend doord from moving or the blend doors themselves, or even control panel not working.

  Could be a vacume leak,vent vacume unit is mounted on firewall passenger side in engine compartment. Its a round disc shape with a small hose attached,check possibly the hose disconected or bad vacume unit.
