When the air conditioning works, it provides very cold air. The problem is that some of the time the AC fan comes on when I start the car and some times it doesn't come on for up to 15 minutes. Usually the system will work great when I start the car. Then some of the time I will park it, restart after a few minutes, and no AC fan. It could be a coincidence, but I think the system works better if I use high fan speeds.
