I have had several lights in the A/C control panel fail. Any way to replace them?

    Probably not. Your best bet would be to check with the parts department at your local GM dealer. They should be able to tell you if replacement bulbs are available for the A/C control panel on your 1996 Buick Riviera. If it turns out that you cannot replace the bulbs, they will be able to give you a price on an new A/C control panel.
