Question: air conditioning blow only hot air

Rookie
I have '93 toyota camry with 190k miles on it. The ac seems working during winter and blows hot air pretty good. During summer, the air conditioner doesn't work, and gives hot air. I would greatly appreciate your suggestions regarding what might be the problem with ac and how can I fix it?

MasterI would first check the A/C pressures, to see if there is any Freon in your A/C system. A good shop should do that for a modest amount.
