Probably low on refrigerant.Easy enough to recharge with a kit from Advance Auto,or any auto parts store.(Even a place like Jiffy Lube will do it) Not unusual for a car that age or mileage. My 2002 Taurus has needed an annaul recharge, once ,may be twice, for a few years now. If it goes warm in short order, you have a leak in the system, possibly a bad compressor, and that gets expensive.
