2007 Chevrolet Cobalt Question: Air conditioner does not blow hard enough to cool/heat car on hot/cold days.

The air con on my Cobalt works, but it doesn't blow hard enough to actually cool the car. On a hot day I have to put all vents on me and keep a window partially cracked to keep from sweating profusely. My other cars aircons are like hurricanes but this one is anemic. I did have coolant replaced at the dealer and they checked lines for leakage but that was it. No alleviation
of problem. Any thoughts?
