Had car checked for Refrigerant ( no recharge needed, no Freon leaks, No defective fuzes). Mechanic has no answer. Told me to take it to a Honda dealership. Service dept. will charge diagnostic fee of $150-$200. Any other suggestions?

I had a similar problem on my 2003, 5 speed, I took it in to have it recharged and they shop said the pressure was good and that it was probably a diverter issue and that a Honda dealer would have to fix it. Shop didn't charge me and I didn't want to pay the dealer fees. Waited a while, finally bought the coolant and gauge myself ($25) and added to the recommended pressure. Works fine now. Took less than 5 minutes to do.
