Question: Air Conditioner blows very hot air

When I turn on the a/c it blows neutral air then a big pop like a vent slams shut and the air blast out very hot air hotter than a the heater air does. What could that be.

    It sounds like the temperature blend door is not functioning properly and is giving you full blast heat when it should be cold. I would have your climate control scanned to see what the blend door position is reading. Good Luck!

    MY FORD TAURAS DOES THAT,,I UNDO THE NEG. BATTERY CABLE FOR LIKE 15 MINUTES,,AND IT RESETS THE COMPUTER,,OR SOMETHING,,BUT IT WORKS
