Question: air coditioner switch on dash

i had my air conditioner checked out ,all is good cools good,they diagnose my problem being in the switch on the dash,i have to replace the whole air switch unit,question,is it hard to do,can a novice like me do it?

    Land Rover dashboards are very finicky and they scratch and break really, really easy. If you have to ask, then maybe it is not a good idea? Though it is pricey to have a good shop do it, as are most Land Rover repairs.
