You might make sure you don't have anything shoved under the passenger side front seat. The wire connector to the seat belt buckle switch is very sensitive to being in a bind and when making a poor connection, it will cause that code. If memory serves, Ford had a TSB relating to that problem, but the simple solution is to make sure the wires are firmly connected and hanging as freely as possible.
