air bag light stays on on 2004 Hyundai XG350

air bag light stayed on dealer says leading to battery. i cleaned battery connections with baking soda solution llight went off. now it is on again. dealer wants to charge up to 5oo to check for soliution could it be a fuse and where is it.

It won't be as simple as a blown fuse. A scan tool is needed to retrieve SRS codes. Hyundai as a car manufacturer put a lot of free technical information and workshop manuals on line for Hyundai owners. Check out www.hmaservice.com lots of great information.
