Airbag light on due to faulty side airbag module on Mitsubishi Endeavor

Problem Description and Possible Solution

One or both side airbag modules may fail resulting in illumination of the airbag warning light. Side airbag modules determined to be faulty should be replaced.

Had the same problem with the airbag light. Havnt had it fixed yet.
SRS warning light turn on. Had the computer system codes reset. Light was off for aproximately a week then warning light came back up again.
I believe my light came on after replacing my battery. I brought it to the dealer and they said it was a speed sensor or fuse, replaced speed sensor and checked all fuses.
Engine warning light, and SRS light .they said at the dealer seat belt for SRS, problem. Seat has to come out to repair it 200.00 and something. Engine warning light is catconverted there are three of them in this car two in back ,one in front, that's the one that they say has to be replace.700.00 and something. Not sure if I am getting taken.
Not fixed yet.
